The terms of sale apply to the rights and obligations incurred between (HairLine OÜ) and the clients upon purchasing goods.

The sales contract between Aragano OÜ and the client enters into force starting from the receipt of the amount to be paid according to the order confirmation to the bank account of HairLine OÜ.

By placing an order in the Hairline online store and completing a payment, the client confirms to have reviewed the terms of sale and agrees to them.

All prices in the HairLine online store are in euros and contain 20% VAT.

Information and personal data collected during visits to the page of Hairline online store and placing orders are treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties.

HairLine OÜ has the right to use this data for statistical purposes and, upon the consent of the registering person, also to distribute the company’s offers and news.

HairLine OÜ is not liable for damages caused or delay of delivery of goods if the damages or delay of delivery of goods is caused by circumstances which HairLine OÜ could not influence or foresee.

No. You can order products as a guest as well as a registered client. But if you want to order from our online store in the future as well, then we recommend making an account. Your user account allows you to see purchase history, view and edit contact information. Placing an order is easier and faster thanks to pre-filled address fields.

Private persons as well as legal persons operating in the beauty field can register as a user in our online store.

DPD courier – orders placed and paid on working days before 12:00 will generally be delivered on the next working day and the goods are delivered by the DPD courier to the postal address indicated in the order between 08:00 – 16:00.

Delivery may take up to 3 days on the islands.

DPD package shop- when the goods arrive in the package shop of your choice, a text will be sent to a mobile number you indicated.

The courier service costs €4

The package store charges €1.80

Goods may be returned within 14 days if:

1. the goods are unused, undamaged and in original packaging

2. the goods do not match what you ordered

3. the goods were damaged during transport

4. the goods are defective

In such cases, please call 602 2424 or send a relevant message by e-mail to and we will contact you.

The purchased goods must be returned without delay, but no later than within 14 days from submitting an application for returning the goods.

Please be advised that certain products (such as cosmetic equipment, hair extensions and other technical products) require professional and specialised training. Hairline cannot provide a quality guarantee to products which are not used for their intended purpose and are used without relevant professional training.
